Default Which tools to buy first??

I'm a metal shaping newbie. I have some basic hand tools, hammers, dollies, shrinker, stretcher. I've made some basic patch panels for the Corvair I'm restoring, but I need to start making more complex panels like wheel openings, quarter panels, cowl panels, etc. I have been learning all I can reading information on forums, watching YouTube videos and even bought a couple Ron Covell videos and I'm thinking that I should invest in a bead roller and/or English wheel. Funds and space are major considerations, so my question is, which tool will I probably use more often?
