Hi,

I have a full 360 twist now and my cross section is coming closer to flat.

It is an excellent challenge, and the more I get me head into it, the easier it becomes. Taking the panel out of form and linear stretch work allows for much faster shaping.

Still more to do, but hot tired and the weekend is here.

Very good effort, Wm.
I always work this demo to make a full circle first and then twist it up.
40F here now. Time for torch work.

Dittos and I think Kent should be considered for MSOY on the basis of "lifetime contributions and achievement!

Kent - I don't know why I haven't opened up this thread until now but I now have a much greater appreciation of what you have been working on. I'm fortunate that I will be able to see the finished product next week when I take your welder over to your install crew. In the meantime, you inspired me so I got out your book and the gas welding gear I bought from you and am going to do some more practicing so I can weld up my new gas tank myself (hopefully, I'll let you know).
