Default Firewall hole near rib

Wondering how I should go about this one small area. It's really thin and nettle. Patch piece would be ok, but it's real close to the corner raised rib. How could I grind metal that close to corner?

your new patch could include the bead, or you could get a small grinding wheel or grinder that handles small wheels like this one

http://www.ebay.com/itm/CP-7500-2-Ai..._Tools&vxp=mtr

its one of my favourites for small places

Problem is I've never bead rolled anything. I do like that little grinder though

you dont need a bead roller, all you need is some wood, a few clamps and some time.

Do a search on this site on Hammerforming, and you will get what I mean.

I agree with Marty, hammerform the whole corner and the grind area will be no prblem.

make the patch and weld it from the back! if its only on the flat part just cut it very precise. less grinding in the concave like that!
