Ron used to offer a VHS on how to build a grill insert, as well as teaching the techniques at his seminars. He used all the techniques when he built the insert for Mike Cooper's Tubester (as seen in Street Rodder magazine) http://www.michaelcooper.us/. Getting the reflection lines just right, as well as perfect spacing is an art.

Several people that attended the Santa Cruz Metal Bashing weekend have made grills off Ron's cut down 32 buck in the past.
