Eh? Not so proud but good learning exercise. It may work O.K.
Did a quick check and made the 1st couple tucks backwards?
Need to slow down and run some practice beads on the welder before I fire it up. Just don't weld every day nor every week.
Should have cleaned the tube better also.

Are the fingers too long?

The forks look good Brad. They are not too long at all. If they are longer you can move the piece you are working on higher on the tips.

You can make the tucks a little higher so each hammer blow is driving the material back into itself.

You should also remove the sharp edges off your hammer so they don't leave the smiles.

Is the spacing approx. 1/8" between the pins?

Yes. 1/8" gives enough room to rotate the piece between the forks.

When you make the tuck stand in front of one fork and make a twist to one side and then rotate the piece being tucked on the fork closest to you and give it another twist. The tuck will be going away from you. This will be important when making a part with tucks on opposite ends of a piece or in the corners of a piece.

They seem to work quite well Joni. Are you holding them in your hand or mounting them in the vise?

In the first picture i hold the metal piece on the wood stump and bend it in hands.
And in the second picture, the fork was mounted in vise.
