Default Rust repair panels

G'day everyone,

thought I would share a few small rust repair panels I've made recently,

nothing too fancy but for my skill level I'm happy with how they turned out

Rob
Very nice work. How about sharing the sequence for the top part, and then the bottom one. I have an idea for the top one, curious to see if it is the same as how you did it.

Those panels are pretty impressive Rob.
Looks like you have a bit of a job on your hands!. Rust in all the wrong places.

Thanks guys I'm glad you like them,

hi Brent, it's a 76 ford ltd that's very badly rusted, a lot of panels are beyond repair so most have to be made from scratch which is fine by me, it gives me a chance to try a few things I wouldn't normally do.

hi Phil, the top piece I transferred the dimensions using a pattern then broke the flanges with the E wheel, I stretched the lower left corner with a mallet on a sand bag, then shrank/stretched the flanges to suit.
the bottom piece is the lower section of the D pillar and was made on the pan brake, I shrank the front flange to suit the shape of the pillar, then cut the shape in the centre and rolled the edges to suit
