I purchased some punch holders, punches and dies from www.cetooling.com I had to modify the punch holders to fit properly.

Taking out the lower die is simply a matter of turning the upper to a place where you can pop the bottom die up into the space. Has to be done in order, of you have to start all over again.... ask me how I know.

The manual does not have any instructions.
