Default Success!

What a brilliant community of talented people!

Having read through so many threads I decided to finally have a go at my first bit of sheet metal work and make the first attempt on the tool box for the Raleigh.

It is a simple shape with a welded in back panel but the main issue I saw was the folded edge and how it would affect the sheet as I bent it to form the shape of the toolbox. All made with hand tools as that is all I have.

The result with no filler and a light acid etch prime coat. I'm delighted! I hope the picture attaches.

This give me great confidence and today I sourced a massive stump almost 3' high and 2' wide. I'll start a separate thread looking for advice on that.

Thanks all so far. I wouldn't have had known where to start till I found this forum.
