New here - from Cumming GA

Hello,

I'm Barry Willis from Cumming GA, and I am an accountant - so it is only natural I would sign up here, right? Well yes, because woodworking and metal working are passionate hobbies for me.

I am very glad to have found this forum for two reasons. First, I just bought a cool old utility trailer for Boy Scout/Cub Scout gear, and I want to make a set of cool old-style fenders for it. You know, the kind of thing you can only imagine, but cannot buy. I’m guessing that’s why many join forums like this.

The other season for me to join is - well, I really like the rules! (And, I’m not just kissin’ up to the moderators so they’ll let me in.) I post a bit over at OWWM.ORG where they have very similar (family friendly) rules that they enforce, and that makes it a pleasure to participate there. Perhaps this could be an insightful intro into me . . .

I have dabbled at metal forming before, and was pleased with my results, so hopefully I can make a success at this, and other forming projects. I look forward to the insight this forum offers.
