Door Structure 49 Ford
Made new piece to replace rusted out portion at bottom of door. Used the press to form new tucks after each shrink. 14 Gauge, will be happy to get back to 19 gauge pieces.
Fabbed some quick dies for the recip machine to form the rib. I have to make another for other door. Might try Fultons thumbnail dies if they will shrink 14 gauge a little first to make this quicker on next one.

Nice work.
14ga can be a bit tough. I use my APH for that, but it limits out at about 7gauge ... and I use heat, like you do.
