Default bead fix

I made the L/H and R/H side bead corners many years ago, unfortunately they were a bit short and I had to extend them a small amount.
This is how I went about it.

Sanding back of weld off so the dolly has a flat surface
to sit on.

Sand the top of the welds off on the front face.

Planish weld

File weld down.

After 1st file finding high spots

More planishing

On to sanding when happy with planishing ans filing.

After sanding.

After fine sand paper.

How back of weld looks after planishing.

Ready to go into the cab corner.

Here is a link to how I made the beads/swage for the cab corners,
bloody hell it was 10 years ago :-(

That is some impressive work Scott.
Thanks for sharing.

For photos: do you save them on your computer?
I know that for WIN10, to rotate them permanently, one has to keep them in a folder. Rotate the pic when it's open, then close the pic, and then close the folder. Open the folder and it will be in it's new orientation.

Hi Pugsy,

Thanks for the complement.

Yes I do keep them in a folder on my computer and they are the correct way around before I
transfer them to AllMetalshaping, once I move them over some of the pictures rotate and some
don't I have even tried to rotate the pictures the incorrect way and save them to see if they
would come out the correct way when I put them in a folder on AllMetalshaping.
