Default Hurricane Mathew

Hurricane Mathew stayed just off the coast of Florida with minimal wind and rain here where I am. But it slammed into the Carolinas and I am concerned for those folks. I know that Will has a pond on his property that could have flooded and we have more folks up there. They probably won't have electricity for a while. Anyone been in contact via cell phone?

Not really much here in NW SC, approx 1 hr west of Will. Some wind, a little rain. That's it. There was so little weather here, you would have never known there was any hurricane if it wasn't on the news.

East of Will, especially over the line in Southeastern NC over to the coast, got hammered with rain and flooding continues to be an issue. Any members along the seaboard, please take care and keep us posted.

I've had no contact with anyone further south along the coast in GA or FL. Maybe others here can let us know- Jim Russell, etc??

All is well here. Damage starts a few mile east and gets worse the closer to the coast you get. Nothing like St. Augustine and the coast north of there got though. The Carolina's seem to have gotten the major damage.

The small branches, leaves and Spanish moss have been delivered to the landfill, so we are back to normal here.
