I've had a long time interest in getting into advanced metal shaping (anything more than simple patch panel installation). I'm fascinated by the work performed by what could be called modern coachbuilders and am eager to learn their techniques.

Recently, I completed a design rendering for a highly modified Austin Healey Sprite project I have started. The extensive reworking of the form I have planned will definitely require a lot of advanced techniques to replicate the complex concave and convex contours of various body parts.

Welcome to the forum, Charles. Nice to see more Carolina folks here, especially nearby.

Is your sprite early or late? My TR3B is waiting in line behind other motorcycle & car metal projects. Maybe we can get together at some point.
