Default Hello my metal friends

Hello everyone,
My name is Mark (Unique Metal Shaping) here in S.W.Michigan, U.S.A.
I've been obsessed with old cars since a kid. I couldn't afford some one else's work so I had to learn all I could (and still learning). I have been very fortunate
thru the times. I had an Uncle that taught me about old school Hot Rod building.
A mentor that taught me the Kustom design and builds. 25+ years ago I took classes with the Great Ron Fournier.

I enjoy metal shaping and playing with the old "tin". I practice the "old world ways" of shaping. My "relaxing therapy" is designing and building mailboxes and pedal cars from scratch.

I have built many of my equipment items - English Wheels , planishing hammer, dollies and others. I'm looking into building a small power hammer currently.

Always looking to meet others that share my "Metal Addiction"

Mark
