Seattle Scott
Hello All
I found this site by accident last night and signed right up. My metal pounding obsession was spawned in the mid 70s playing in my dads hot rod shop. By sixteen i had built my first car and have built numerous ones since. Within the past several years i have really started focusing more on the metal work as the fun part of the hobby and really dont care as much about the cars themselves. i look forward to exploring this site more catching up on the old news and following the current builds. The current projects in my garage are all early vw but i plan to step out into 20's-40's custom project next. |

My guess is "your name is Scott and you live in Seattle" just remember thier are no dumb questions. If you don't know something just ask and someone will answer. Cheers!

Welcome Scott. My story is very close to yours. If I didn't spend time in the shop growing up I wouldn't have gotten to know my Dad like I did. Those were great memories!! Your Dad still into the cars?

Sorry to hear about your Dad. I lost mine to cancer 1997. It's a tough hole to fill.
