Tony, define buck, styrafoam, wire/bondo or wooden buck? The styrafoam we can knock out in a very short time and have used it with success in the past on bike tanks.

Marty,
I wasnt thinking straight. Only had wood buck in mind, but styrofoam would work. Thats easy for me to get, I have a tank that can be used as a sacrificial piece to copy if it needed to be sliced to get exact profile.
I appreciate the help.

Marty - I will be there for at least a day, hopefully 2! I will probably bring a bunch of stuff just to ask questions about how you guys would attack it! Can't wait! - Chuck :-)
