Default Patman's class at the Redneck Roundup

This has been a pleasure and a great learning experience for me. Patman has a 'saying' "I have a $2 solutions to $20 problems", and he is true to his word. With simple hardware acquisitions and spare plywood he displayed two different methods to arrive at the same solution to a two part buck project. One was expanding foam and the other was an 'agricultural' approach, and both turned out quite well. I will try to gather the names of the attendees and add them at a later date. Right now, I have a date with a Pullmax!

Default Pat's Class

What a fun class, and what an information-packed class. Lots of how-to, patiently explained by Pat....one of the best metal shaping teachers ever. Thanks to Pat for the great teaching and to Will for the wonderful and gracious hospitality. Also, best wishes for another fun Redneck Roundup coming up next weekend.

Here are some more pictures of the classes before the Redneck Roundup. I will add captions later, but what a fun group of guys! The processes used to make these bucks is very quick, so quick in fact they finished both bucks a lot faster than I had planned! The guys all had different backgrounds, Terry has worked in the aviation field for a lot of years working with unforgiving materials. Buster is building his dream car and has a cnc'ed buck that is beautifully made, Russell is a heavy fabrication guy, and Mike is working in a hot rod shop. When you put these guys together and give them a shove it is amazing how fast they worked! I will add more a later but here are some pictures of the class.
