Default Cowl air box

To the thoughts about how these were made at Holman Moody. They were stamped on a kirksite stamping press. Air cleaners were made on the same machine. At the big auction the machine was purchased by amoroso.

That makes a lot of sense and is very interesting to hear. From the witness marks on the originals, stamping was obvious. Beyond that, I've never found any more information.

Wow, I spent all day yesterday driving 600+ miles, then we slept in and woke up to find out this great news when we turned on the computer. If I said I'm at a loss for words, pretty sure y'all would call bs....

I found AMS a few years ago during my annual memorize-the-Internet ritual while doing the same holiday visiting during Christmas. It's really been an amazing opportunity to learn and grow from so many who know so much. As my shop/gear & skills grow, I'm already planning to redo much of the work I've done.

This is very humbling. It's also very cool. Thank you very much.

If you like the metal work that Clint has done, then you should also click on the links to his stone carving!

You will be very impressed!
