1935 Chevy Fenders
I cant come any further on my rear fenders in my little project and want some suggestions how you should do with this parts?
1. make new ones 2. Repair part of them 3. Repair all of them in small pieces The flat parts is not in so bad shape but there is lot of small rusty holes and some thin parts on the other surfaces DSC06205.jpg DSC06206.jpg DSC06207.jpg DSC06208.jpg

I would be tempted to straighten it as best I could and use it as a buck to make a new one. Even though I have never done this I think it would be the most satisfying solution.
Make it out of small easier to shape parts, Cheers Charlie

I second that
weld the cracks get a reasonable shape in to it, use it as a buck to make new ones Peter

Front fenders are more stiffy than rear is, so i think i can use them as bucks with some welding first, i was worried if i had to make wood bucks for the front ones, i am not an timber man neither

My skills is not so good but i try to learn
I think it is the best thing for me is to shape this fender in smaller parts. I hope some one can give me advice if this seems ok or if i shall change some? DSC06221.jpg DSC06222.jpg DSC06223.jpg DSC06224.jpg The base for headlamp i think is best to do separate and weld in after
