Default Shaping a long part without a helper

Hi,
I have a steel sheet that is 24 inches by 60 inches and want to put a small amount of shape in it. I usually work alone with no helper and want to find a way to shape the part by myself.
I wonder if any one has ever had this problem and how they solved it when wheeling or on a power hammer. After reading the posts on this site I see there are a lot smarter metal workers than me. Thanks for any input.
