Hi Pugsy,
Great build thread, your doing excellent job, love reading it.
I notice the the front frame you have made to hold front clip on with and the brackets, is the front clip going to be tipping forward for access or fixed permanently in position?

I guess you don't have as much humidity up there as we do! my panels surface rust overnight.

are you prestretching? whats your method? they look fantastic!

Thanks Brent.

I'd sure appreciate a rusty panel more than snow and ice storms.

Yes, I'm pre-stretching with a 2" lower wheel, about a 3/4" wide track.
I'm using a 1/2" diameter (1/4" R.) bead.

I found out after doing a few beads that the masking tape method works great for wheeling exactly.
You can see in this pic that I wasn't using it yet.

Here's a straight edge across two pre-stretched beads. Probably could have used a bit more. This was the first two I did.

Just put a piece of masking tape across the two ends and the wheels will stop dead when they hit the tape.

I read it here that you can do this with a large panel around the edges. I could see this being useful as you wouldn't want to stretch the edge also.
