They are numbered 1-100, but I'm not sure if that is traditional or not. Chris's e-mail is:
crusch@rmdbenders.com Most sweep sets I've seen are much more expensive than what RMD is offering. BTW, these are US made and an RMD product.

I'm sure they are first class but given the price of 3 sheets of .125 (I assume that's what he used??) aluminum and some water-jet time, that seems pretty steep. A guy in Il, made 10 sets of 50 - 36" long a couple years ago for $120 iirc. They were made from 16 ga galvanized steel. I am very pleased with my set but I don't think he's making any more.

it seems to be the cheapest sweep set option yet honestly. the only thing unattractive to me is the fact that they are different radius on the inside and out. I'd prefer the same radius on both sides of the sweep.

I have made sweep sets .5 to 100. The sizes are .5 to 28 are 36" 29 to 60 are 30" and 62 to 100 are 15"long. Made from 14ga steel powder coated Semi Gloss Black. Each one has the number cut in them. One side is concaved the other side is convex. I am making a wall mounted rack for them I hope to have the rack done next month. I have about 8 sets of the sweeps done now. There is 85 pcs in the set all cut to the radius of the originals sets. I plan on selling them for $995.00. PM me if interested

To bring this back from the dead.....
Has anyone made this around the same price range lately ? or is thinking about it ? if so I would be in for 2 or 3 sets..... or does anyone have the waterjet computer file so we can shop it around ? even with non matching sweeps on each side to save waterjet time ..... Thanks Quote:

Hi,
I have a Autocad drawing that I can send you, if you PM me your email address. I purchased a set from a good friend of mine, so I never had the cad file I have cut. B
