Question Looking for the right technology

Hi!
My name is Shelly.
I'm an industrial designer from Israel and I need your help.

I want to produce attached part (1000 units) from brass or stainless steel. Thickness 0.7-0.8 mm. My problem is that ALL(!) the edges have to be very smooth!!!

What is the best technology to do this?

P.S. I can't use any paint or coating.

Thank you for your answers!

Laser cut and then tumble or vibratory finish the parts.

For stainless -
Water jet or Laser cut
Then electro-polish.

I third that (waterjet or laser). They may be able to do multiple layers at the same time as it looks like the material would be thin enough to stack and cut.

Are you sure that the tumble will make my part smooth without damage it? My part is very thick ( less them 1 mm).

Default Edm

Wire edm may be cost effective if you stack many parts. I have tumbled parts as small as 1/4 mm thick. Get right media and space the parts so they don't collide. Electro polish is preferred if you can manage it.

What are the advantages of water jet? Will I get a better edges finish than after laser cut? Will it work for 0.8 mm steel/brass?

Thank you

Thank you again,
I'm not so familiar whit wire EDM technology. What are the advantages? Is it less expensive then laser cut? What about edges finishes?

Tnx
