Default Harbor Freight Clearing Out Metalshaping Tools

This is a Heads-Up for you from my experience, not an official announcement from the Corporation.

Harbor Freight clearance in stores only going on now. Display items such as English Wheel, Planishing Hammer,Shrinker-Stretcher Stand are selling for 50% Off normal selling price.

Clearance prices are good for stock on hand in stores only.

The manager I talked to said some items will no longer be displayed in stores, but will continue to be stocked locally and sold online. Some will be discontinued.

Get what you want now or you might miss out later.

Thanks for the heads-up. I picked up the display unit for the planishing hammer and stand for about $60. Even if all I do is bother the neighbors with the noise, it's worth the money.

I picked up a full set of lower anvils yesterday for under $50.00. A HP upper and an adjuster and I think I'll have a nice little wheel for cheap.

I hit a similar sale a couple years back and found one of the small English wheel kits for 97% off! I think I paid about $11.00 for the complete kit with upper and lowers. The frame is garbage, but I think a tiny, 1" wheel will come in handy someday.

Thanks for the heads up!

Default HF clearance

Went over the local store and as you said, out front is the STR-SHR mounted on its stand. Oh boy! I drag it over to the checkout and they want $240 for it.
I said there must be a mistake, its supposed to be 50% off, and the manager said"Oh no, that's the price". Then I dragged it back and left. Guess I'll mount my STR-SHR on some plywood. That price is right. Better luck next time.
