I restore antique Fords and am a painter more than a metal guy but I am wanting to get better at metal working as most of the Model A repair panels suck. I am a good body man but I am starting to get tired of using plastic filler for smoothing panels and want to learn the no plastic way of doing things. Here are some pics of cars that are done or in progress. If any of you have any Burr King equipment the pic of the blue car belongs to the owner of the company. I do not have very much equipment but I am always looking for affordable tools.

Welcome to AllMetalShaping, glad to have you as a new member. You might want to add your name in the signature section in the User CP at the top of the page. We are a friendly group and like to address people by their name.

I have a Burr King sander, very nice piece of equipment.

Welcome to the site I know what you mean about the model A panels. I was supplied a few of them for a job I had in - I junked the lot and made my own or repaired what was there.
