The holidays slow my desire to be in the shop significantly. But I've managed some progress. The rear diffusers are done and mounted.

VERY, VERY creative and nicely done. You are clearly in tune with automotive aero concepts. Nicely done, my friend. The license plate 'pocket' is nicely done as well.

I didn't think about checking here for a build thread after we talked about this back at Metalmeet in August, but I stumbled on this thread today and DAMN, this is some impressive work Mike.

Your car looks awesome. Looking forward to keeping up with this thread and see if rolling down the road.

There’s just not much I can add to this....so I’ll just say this is truly awesome with excellent design and craftsmanship! Great job, I enjoy it.

The lower section of my decklid needed to be rebuilt. The structure was Swiss cheese and the skin was bad also. While I redid that I had access to the area where the wing would mount. So I made captured brackets and adjustable wing stanchions. The wing is now finished.Name: IMG_20200128_171748781_HDR.jpg

Invention is a combination of brains and materials.
The more brains you use, the less materials you need.

I was fortunate to have my son help me in the shop. Here's the work done. Not really metalshaping but getting the gauges positioned equally and in clear view.

That's something today's car manufacturers should be doing.
