Default Thanks!

Just wanted to give a huge Thank You to everyone involved in putting the convention together.

Special thanks to John Forbes for the use of his beautiful property and shop!

Awesome to meet everyone.

A big thanks to Kent White and Ron Covell for the demonstrations.

I learned an incredible amount in the two days of this meet (as I really knew nothing about metal shaping before this weekend)!

Still don't know much, but am truly inspired by the craftsmanship of you all!

I second that, great big thanks.
As a new guy to metalshaping I found it to be somewhat overwelming
but awesome just the same.
John has a very interesting place
awesome, awesome experiance, perhaps next time I can show up with some skills and helpfull to others.
thanks

I also would like to thank John Forbes for hosting this meet at his awesome place . Also Rick Scott and anyone else that helped put this event together. Kent White , Ron Covell, and Lazze for all the knowledge they shared. I left this meet with more confidence to tackle some of the shaping projects I have been putting off. Met a ton of really nice people all more than willing to help with whatever your question was. I can't wait until next year.

Thumbs up

Yes, yes a big thank you to everyone who contributed to the epic weekend in Santa Cruz. It's great to see so many enthusiasts here in California. Maybe we can organize a few more per year so we don't have to wait so damn long, lol.

I sure enjoyed myself and I hope everyone else did the same. Thanks to Kent, Ron, Lazze, Rick and Dan for the great information that they shared. Sorry if I missed anyone but I could only watch one at a time and it sure was awesome to have so much to chose from.

I still have a grin from ear to ear! It was an incredible weekend all around, from people that were doing demos, to the people that brought tools (and let us use them), to shop tours! It was also nice to be able to meet everyone and put a face with the name!!

Hopefully some, or all of you can make it to the San Luis Obispo meet!
