Hi Geoff. Where in Australia are you?

2nd weekend in January. 4 days of nothing but Elvis. 15,000 visitors to a town that has 15,000 people. They run a train from Melbourne and Sydney called the Elvis Express!....... Getting off topic.

I was talking to Mark Nugent of Nugents Coach Builders in Dubbo the other day as I had an opportunity to vist his shop. I told him about this site as he hadn't heard of it and was interested in having a look. I'm not sure if he'd be interested in having a gathering at his shop but he was a great guy to talk with and really inspired me to get into metal shaping full on. His work is unbelievable. Have you ever seen a complete Mecedes Gullwing wooden buck?... Check out his site....

OK all of you aussie members, I have spoken to Jamie from Kustom Garage he is only 5 minutes away from my shop and we are going to set a date soon. One thing is for sure, the sheet metal gathering wont be the 2nd and 3rd week of March due to my commitments with a seminar in Adelaide and 2nd and 3rd week of May and all of June because I will be over seas.

I attended three Metalmeets at Dale's factory and had a great time. Please count me in. Looks like being very popular.

Melbourne event, yes, count me in please.

Don't much care when, as long as we get enough lead time.

How many in South Australia would be going? Would be good to catch up here in Adelaide, prior to travel, because we know what those across the border Mexicans are like!

Cheers
