Does anybody have the name of the motel that most everyone stayed at last year? I can't remember it.

Default dining updates for the Redneck Roundup

With all the expected attendance to this years event, I have decided to account for any additional diners at meal time by offering one of the local redneck responses to over attendance at holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, etc. There will not be much choice in colors.

I'm cool with that, man. I'm not coming for the food...

No matter, I think I've got at least one or two spare place settings like that (one is painted with a frog on the top and "RIBBIT" on the inside, courtesy of our daughter...) and a roll of matching napkins if you need me to bring them, just in case.

Looking forward to the event, Will.

I have had two last minute cancellations, and if there is anyone interested in being a late addition, PM me and we will work out the details. As in the past we will have a southern barbecue on Saturday preceded by the giving away of the door prizes. At some time in the afternoon we will have the tool exchange (a handmade tool valued about $20-$40). We are expecting to Have Stan Lobitz cook his famous Southern fried chicken meal on Saturday. Evening meals will be up to you (leftovers are always available). I am also interested in having the swap meet again. Metal shaping related tools, etc, small and light enough to be able to be displayed on a folding table.

Some very generous folks have been sending a variety of door prizes for this years event, and Jimmy Matthews just dropped off these three items. He has made a template and cut into the top surface a horse shoe shaped, unequal depth indentation per advice from Peter Tommasini, that allows continuous tuck shrinking. Peter is not a fan of the round indentations.
