Default Moving metal is relaxing

Hi Folks,
Have been a past member and just getting back into the groove again. Long time metal fabicator, equipment and car restorer. Now just as a hobby. Good to see the younger guys picking up the mantle of interest. We all can't be golfers.....

Relaxing? Stress Relieving Yes I some times need to take time out from life and move some metal for mental health . Some times for aggression Beating the bejeebers out of some sheet is the right thing but not long before the arms shoulders etc let you know your not pre twenty . The Pullmax or the wheel is more soothing but oit is all mental health .
