Default German Mini enthusiast

Hi all,
I'm living in Germany and I'm very deep in classic Minis. I have done severall full restorations in the past. All with the goal to bring the Mini back to its original condition. About 3 years ago I started a rather sophisticated project, from the point of a regular Mini restorer.

I started to convert a regular Mini bodyshell into a fastback version. This has already been done in the 60th by a company called Broadspeed. They cut of the roof and the tail of a regular Mini and glued a modified fastback fiber glas backend/roof to the body.

I'm about to replicate exactely these Braodspeed conversion. This, however, in full metal.

Cheers
Matthias

Hey that's great. 3 Minis. From which years are they?

My personal focus is on Minis from the 60s because I prefere Minis with sliding windows and external door hinges. That's why I basically have MK1 and MK2 Minis.

My current Project is from 1968.

Cheers
Matthias
