No Johnno

There's a big green groundsheet in the way !

The doorskin was a good exercise. All was going well until we tried the rubber band . VERY light pressure otherwise it will leave light creases all over the work

Marcus and Nigel did a great job in smoothing the panel out
I will take some photos tomorrow when I get home

Brian dropped in on Sunday and went home with a piece of floorpan that Dennis had started. I lent him a few tools and pointed him in the right direction

I don't know how many times he knelt down to admire the door pillar finishing piece you made , so in the end I said " We often let the newbies do a small piece that we know will be covered by an outer panel "

Thanks mate, Love your work !

Hello John,

I live in belgium and i have seen the replica in real.
I know the guy how did the build, i will try to get the website of him or his contacts for you.
He told me he would build a hardtop in aluminium for the car but i dont know if he did that already.
The last thing i heard was that he had a motorcycle accident and his leg was pretty mest up......

Edwin Jespers aka Metalmaster Seppe is the guy in Belgium who built the replica D&S. If you Google Metalmaster Seppe, you will find his Facebook pages. He's a nice guy - I have known him many years and he is very capable and respected in the 356 world.

Cheers, Matt
