Very good method, Frank. Thank you very much for this great contribution.

Since the acet regs are limited to the 15psi by universal gas safety, there is not much over-pressure on that side.

So I've been looking on the Internet for a secondary low psi regulator but have had little luck. I'm normally pretty good at searching for stuff but this seems to be getting the best of me. I am assuming that it needs to be rated for oxygen, as in a regular compressed air regulator would not work in this application. Everything I have found so far mentions nothing for use with oxygen, not a low enough psi range, or too expensive and defeats the purpose in the first place (I was thinking +/- $100ish range was a good range to be in). Here is all that looks plausible at the moment.

But I'm still thinking none of these are a real option. Anyone know of a regulator that would work?

Hi James,

This is what I know: brand: Gloor
Item name: micro reducing valve type 28

Sorry, it's in Dutch but the relevant terms are there.

The specs says 0-0.7 bar but the unit that you get goes up to 1.2 bar.

I bought it from a specialized welding equipment company. Approx $170 outch.

Greetings,

Frank

Here is a nice regulator but a bit on the expensive side.
