My introdution
Hi all metal lovers! I'm new to this site, as you already understood.
I am a 27 years old swedish guy that loves to get involved with old cars and many other practical work. I have been in the garage since I could walk basically. I'm still a beginner to shape metal, but I've done a bit of sheet metal job a few years ago as a new floor, replaced cowl and body panels, drilled apart chassis and welded all rust on a 1940 Ford pickup. Built a 1934 Ford hot rod that needed new quarter panels, A-pillars, and alot more. It was just hanging rusty in chains from the roof in an old barn. If I do not have the right tools for the job, I usually build them. My latest build was a motorized beadroller with frequency control. Right now I'm replacing the floor in my 1955 Oldsmobile chopped top custom and I will do the entire floor by myself. No floor pans from Taiwan who still do not fit or stuff like that. Why I wanted to be one of you on this page is to find more tips and tricks of your work, and perhaps share with you something that I can. Thanks!
