US post office would definitely be cheaper...and slower. I did a quick UPS and USPS caculation from their web sites. A 3 lb 20x2x2" package (guessing) was well over 100 UPS and about 25 USPS.

USPS for sure. I'm sending a small box to Perth today, about $30. WAY more for other shippers.

I've here us post is cheepest for me time is not so critical as cost of shiping a few more days even a week are ok compared to $100 more in cost

I am with USPS slow and cheap. They use to send stuff surface mail by ship,now that was cheap. It could take up to 3 months to get to Australia.

USPS to australia or Europe, 15 bucks. 5-10 day delivery. Not bad, I'd say.

Depending on stock, delivery may be a tad longer.

Did you know that "slapper" is a British term for a prostitute?

So your title "Dutch slappers" reminded me of a stroll I took down Canal street in Amsterdam as a young student. Those Dutch slappers were an attractive lot for sure....

And yes, all I did was stroll.....
