Learn ? I am as newb as it gets But I have interest !
1st I want to improve/develop body repair skills. I have a # of project cars.
I love making something from nothing as well as customizing desires.
I've preped and painted lots of small parts, pulled a few dents, welded up some patch panels but never got "good" IMO
I just picked up an old lathe at a yard sale for 10 bucks and am currently
welding up sides for a utility trailer. (that tells you a little about my AHD.
Like alot of car guys, can't have too many projects
I see myself not so much building a car body (heck I'm 45 now) but maybe reshaping headlights/tailights small custom things like that. I do want to do it right.

Welcome Brad. Just to give you some insight. You're 8 years younger than I was when I found this group in 2001. I started my roadster when I was 58. Should finish it before social security kicks in in two years.

Brad, welcome to AllMetalShaping.com this is the place to learn. You are still young and can do anything you to and this is the place to get help when you need it. I'm older that Kerry and still learning.

Hello from England Brad , as usual I am late saying hello because of the time difference. You are in the right place too learn. I have taught body restoration as a lecturer part time here in England for many years and I see a lot of skill on this site and a lot of very enthusiastic people willing to help.

David
