The next two photos are reversed but they do go hand and hand with tipping the flange in the bead roller and shrinking for the crown going back and forth till the desired crown and flange angle is achieved.

Bead roller with upper tipping die and lower die set up with a depth stop ring to hold flange width.

This high tech tool is a couple pieces of scrap plywood shimmed up so the piece will slide through as it is tweaked into shape.

Applying the pressure was done from the end that runs off the bench to give support to the other end while it was walked along and tweaked.
