In answer to your question, I think you simply worked some areas more than others. My humble suggestion is before you start another bowl, planish this one a little smoother, and then you can see where it needs more (or less) shape to be symmetrical. Then go ahead and try and put that shape in, or shrink some out, as needed.
Shaping is a process that seldom goes exactly as desired at first, at least for those of us who are not professionals. And for those professionals, it didn't work exactly right when they started out.
Concentric lines drawn on your next blank might help you as well.
Your English is good, your photos are very nice as well.
