Default Source for rubber insulators

I've been looking without success. For my Guzzi motorcycle project, I am trying to source rubber/urethane insulators to use for mounting the gas tank.

My other Guzzi uses two or three of these as original equipment-

which wrap around the frame tube passing under the tank tunnel. Thick part is positioned on top of tube. they are secured with a zip tie placed in the channel. These work much, much better than the typical foam insulation/pad that is often used. These are a direct improvement to replace such foam & production result of the prototype bikes I'm replicating.

No idea what durometer these are, pretty firm but not rigid. Problem is the id of these insulators is far too small for the top tube on this earlier frame.

Short of making some, does anyone here know of a possible source for functionally similar off-the-shelf items?
