Whatever information you get hold of, you will to build a buck/former of some kind.
The most convenient way is to acquire an accurate fibreglass bodyshell to form the skin over.
Next option is to build egg box type buck, lofted off a scale drawing, some experienced men can draw sections by hand, others have them digitized in Cad, then cnc the profiles cut in plywood and connect them together into a 3d structure.
As with all these rare handbuilt cars, no 2 are the same and often not even symmetrical
