If you're looking to do it very simply you could chase it in by hand. Perhaps making up some sort of guide to keep it neat - take a look at how guys are doing similar on reciprocating machines, and then translate that to a manual operation. So maybe a wood template of the profile across the short direction of the top, that will allow you to feed the fender through. Create a groove in the centre to match the bead you want (metal inserts on the edges will keep it crisp), then make up a chasing tool.
The operation is likely to need an extra pair of hands - one guy hammers/chases while the other feeds..
