Simply take your top wheel off.use a shaft equal to the bolt that keeps your top wheel on, bend it to clear the cradle then put two round rollers on it, space them out to the distance required. As for the bottom .... use a shaft with a welded washer with a blunt edge position it in the middle of the two rollers and then squeeze
the two with the guard in position
