Will,
I've been following this thread with interest for a while now.
First, great job on the CAD modeling of everything... I use Creo for modeling, and I can appreciate the time it takes to do an accurate, detailed job. I've done a bit of scanning a number of years ago, I remember it took a lot of time to clean up the scan model for it to be usable in the CAD model.

I bet that is really satisfying to see the actual metal parts come in after working on the CAD model, I know I really love seeing the fruits of my labor as actual physical parts!

You said that you had parts for 3 dash units, so I had to go back and read the whole thread again.... I'm assuming you are building 3 complete cars? I couldn't tell for sure in the thread history.

Great work, and keep the pictures and updates coming!
