Who in southern Oregon can shrink some 12ga steel

I just need some simple fenders made
They are 11" wide with a 1" return/fold at the edges. Total flat width before folding is 13"
The front 40" is flat and the back end, approx 21" is curved down...

gun and repaired a 1920 plow frame and tractor frame with the help of a blacksmith...

Newbie here but am not afraid to tackle mechanical projects.
I'm into restoring some vintage tractors I have and sheet metal skills are coming into play. I'll do what I can if I have the tools....
