Ditto, way too many steps and prep work to do it. I'll argue my battery powered drill and belt sander does at least as nice a job in a fraction of the time.

Yep, X0,Y0 can be where you want it. Bottom left works well because all you coordinates will be positive. X1, Y1.25 Z1 will position the tool 1" in from the left edge, 1.25" from the bottom edge 1"...

Cody, I can make these on my mill if you are interested. I'll need better dimensions in the prints. The important part is the distance between the holes and the overall size dimensions. That needs...

Interesting parts but I think they are going to be a real PITA to router since they are so small. At .5" thick a CNC mill would arguable do a much nicer job with a fraction of the effort. The .08"r...

The firechickens have a pretty huge aftermarket for panels so I'm not sure how much metal 'forming' you'll be into. As said above, the simplest is cheap. Decent body hammers and blocks go a long...

I'm in a similar position, only a step or two further down the line. My advice is to work some scrap on the wheel and learn how the metal reacts to different stimulus. Same with tucking and...

Thanks.
