I have the same problem, so I use a wide blue...

I have the same problem, so I use a wide blue marker to draw a line roughly where I want to scribe and then go over it with the scribe. Stands out like a sore thumb.

I am currently busy with the hood from a 66 GMC. It was repaired poorly before and just filled over. I believe the metal was stretched and they shrunk it by hitting it multiple times with a pick...

Finally got my machine up and running after more...

Finally got my machine up and running after more than 2 years. I machined the hammer form out of 21mm marine ply in reverse. I decided against a thin mdf so it would last longer.
