Models

There are many different models of machines, and a variety of opinions on which is the best. To truly give an opinion, knowing what you are trying to do with it would be needed.

The machines were...

Ditto what Kerry said

Hi Mark,

I too am helping a widow with a husbands shop.

Kerry has built many e wheels, including mine, and knows a lot about them. I totally agree with his assessment. Here’s a picture of...

Hi Rick

Rick came to the Wine Country Meet (a 14 hour drive one way) loaded with questions. He got more than a few answered I think. Other than Bill Longyard and Ben VonBerlo, if there had been a long...

Color

Bill,

Try candy colors. They are translucent so that you can see through, and whatever pattern you make on the metal will show through. I think it's Duplicolor available through Summit Racing...

Welder

In the video http://vimeo.com/38348447 you use a pair of needle nose pliers to weld wires together. I'm supposing that the wire that's hooked to them goes to a spot welder? Neat set up.

Air Hammers

I think you have the wrong idea about the hammering with a rivet gun based hammer. You hold the metal on the lower die, the upper just rests against the subject metal. Inside the rivet gun, there...

Rivet gun based machine.

Not familiar with the one shot rivet guns. However, you can adjust the regulator down far enough on the rivet guns I do use, then simply hit the pedal for a single hit. Reducing the pressure does...
