Grease zerks.

my son did some metal sculpture with heavier gage metal and it gaulled the shafts. I bought some V belt pullies with the metric bore size to match and easier start to make custom shapes

folding the edges

when I did the 31 nash deck lid I used the brake to just make a very light crease on the sides that has the more curved shape. It was easier to align the dolly to hammer it over the inner structure.

Use some 2 X 10 or 12 lumber, easier to make a square cut so it will stand up and ypu can rough shape each piece, glue and screws.

Use some 2 X10, 2 X 12 lumber, screw it together. less likely to split, and easier to make square cuts so it will stand up and you can do the rough shape on each piece before screwing it togethewr.
