Making a complicated piece very easy
1 Attachment(s)
Hi!
I have got plenty of questions about how to make this kind of profiles when I posted it at FB and Instagram. I shoot a simple video of the steps and hope it will be interesting here aswell, not much of shaping but anyway... At the photo the moldings are welded togheter and laid on top of each other for reference when the build of the cap is in progress. Material is CR 0.8 mm ordinary quality. ....and ofcourse trouble with the Ipad- forum combo....when its time for photos...give me a hammer please! http://youtu.be/1UaWdyLmh5w Attachment 33595 |

Actully it is just a chisel shaped upper and a plastic piece at the lower with a grove that match the diam of the wire wrapped. |
