How did you apply the centre swage after turning the sides? Do you have a lot of clearance on you bead roller? Cheers, Matt

Looking at how you have made the sections it appears we have taken exactly the same approach. After trying to make the nearly 5 feet long Wing on my own, I concluded also that it needed to be two sections welded between the swages 👍

Here's how far I got with the first attempt before realising it really needs to be two sections if you don't have a helper to be the "tail" whilst wheeling ;)

Hi matt i managed to weld the side in first then did some measureing cause the front part of the bead was bit odd on the orignal wing and i wanted it the same it just fit in bead roller was touching at some points but didnt cause any probsAttachment 48470
